I don't think that leads to a casual (possibly pregnant) breakfast vision or whatever. Just saying...
Even more so, Luna might be the one to initiate it, having seen it and deciding the vision was something worth experiencing for real. Even though Annie say's it's with some guy Luna knew Annie's date was with Orion and it didn't seem to bother her either, and during the date Annie implies during her "talk" with Eulila at the restaurant, that she knows she is sharing with the other girls.

That was explicitly adressed on Cari latest patreon Progress Report; can be seen here: https://f95zone.to/threads/eternum-v0-8-6-public-caribdis.93340/post-18471588
The expected release date, assuming no further setbacks, is late December for highest tier Patrons. After that, staggered release down the patreon tiers until a public build about one month later or so (lets say late Jan '26) as always. Guess it might be available here a bit sooner though.
So think of it as a special Christmas/New Year Gift or something
This next release took way too much development time indeed. Not sure if that was a miscalculation on Caribdis side, or it was more or less intentional. I'm pretty sure Cari is aware of this too, but in the end, it's the Patreon numbers and earnings what might set the pace. In any case, he already explained that next releases should be slightly smaller in scope, so they can be delivered on shorter timeframes.

First of all, thank you for indulging me. My prediction that we will see one scene for each of the following pairings: “Annie and Dalia”, “Calypso and Alex” and “Luna and Penny” is based on a few assumptions:
1. We will see only one threesome scene for each LI, because Caribdis will want to avoid a great disparity between in screen time for each LI. I would like to emphasise again that this is an assumption not a fact.
2. Caribdis will give us clues before the scene and these clues will be related to the sexual tension between the characters. This tension could be attraction or some other sort of tension. Again, this is only an assumption, but this one is necessary for good storytelling, in my opinion.

Now, I strongly believe (and, to be honest hope) that there will be a scene between “Annie and Dalia”, because:

2. From a writer’s perspective there are a few subplots between Annie and Dalia, which could build up to a possibly fun scene:
- Both are Orion’s childhood friends. Which one of them is the ultimate childhood friend? Which one of them was really his first love? All of these are potential sources of tension. And we all know what the best way to release tension is:

- Annie is fragile and petite. Dalia is tough and relatively big: A cause for tension, especially from Annie’s perspective. And we all know how Annie can get over her feelings of inferiority:

I think this is a pretty poor assumption, tbh. If history is anything to go by, Cari loves using threesomes to help tie up the harem. OIALT had them quite liberally spread throughout the second half of the game: Judie and Iris, Lauren and Aiko, Lauren and Jasmine, Judie and Lauren. The only ones who didn't get a threesome, Rebecca and Carla, were the ones almost wholly detached from the main plot - something Eternum has no issues with.
One of the most critical elements of the way Caribdis justifies the harem plotline as natural is that, by the time the game is reaching its conclusion, the girls all need to be open to the idea of sharing amongst each other. That means the characters all need to get along, but it also means they need to be open to sharing sexually with each other. Now, obviously we're not going to get every possible threesome combination, but I'd suspect most of the girls will get two or even three.
Pairings are pretty likely to be among characters who are most comfortable with each other, because that would be the ideal place to start; people are most likely to try new things with people they're comfortable with. Annie and Luna are generally portrayed as being very close to each other, as are Dalia and Alex. Penny/Nova as well, but since we've already gotten a Nova threesome then either that friendship is gonna get left out of the dynamic, or there'll be multiple threesomes for most/all of the girls.
Honestly, I'll be satisfied no matter who gets a scene with who. They're all sexy as hell, and there should be some fun dynamics no matter what. But there are definitely pairings they've hinted at more than others. I can't say Luna/Penny seems super likely to me, but who knows. We'll have to wait and see.

Very good details there, and mostly agree with all you said, but I miss something in your post.
For me, one pretty "explicit" potential clue of future content could be the "high five" scene in the coffee shop between the ungloved Luna and Annie. That triggered some kind of vision: "Luna's gaze shifts between the two of you, then down to herself, and her cheeks burn with a deep flush."
For me, Calypso and Alex is more or less a given at this point, this clue will result on Luna and Annie, but that will leave Penny and Dalia as the remaining partners, and that is a complete no-go give the big P stance on incest content. Another possibility is Alex going with Dalia as they're already bff, which will leave us Calypso and Penny without "pairings", and I dont see Calypso and Penny going at it together... or does them?

Yeah, they're left as kind of the awkward default. I had expected Nova/Penny and Nancy/Caly to be the pairings here, which in my head seem fairly justifiable. Not that Nancy really has any connection to Calypso, but they've both got very royal energy and all; one's a princess, the other an empress, and they're both used to being in charge. Perhaps we'll see all of the more "expected" threesomes in a second round of them, or perhaps they'll be more staggered; it's entirely possible one character gets two before another gets their first, just like in OIALT, to keep it from feeling formulaic.

I also was definitely expecting a Nova and Penny scene before I saw Nova and Nancy scene. Because I was speculating under the assumption that there will be only one threesome scene for each LI, I didn't include them.

Well... Predictions are about 80% of the content in this 2266 pages thread, related to threesomes or not. It's a funny and engaging exercise while we wait for the release to drop. No need to be hostile
As you say, the rest of your theory pretty much hinges on this assumption, and I don't believe it's justifiable. And there are a few directions I could go with this, but let's start with Annie.
I likewise suspect an Annie/Dalia threesome is going to happen, just based on Annie's admiration for Dalia's ass--not discounting the other reasons you give, but that's what suggests it to me.
But reconsider what happened at the cafe: Annie gives Luna a high-five, whereupon "Luna's gaze shifts between the two of you, then down to herself, and her cheeks burn with a deep flush." OK, what do we know here? Well, we know she saw a vision of Annie's future, because that's how her power works. We know that whatever she saw is going to happen, because again that's how her power works. Assuming she isn't later lying to MC, we know it also involves her and MC--which we could pretty well surmise given her reaction. And again assuming she isn't later lying to MC, we know what she saw wasn't bad.
So, putting your "one threesome per LI" assumption aside for the moment, with which scenario is "Luna's gaze shifts between the two of you, then down to herself, and her cheeks burn with a deep flush" more consistent: (1) she saw the three of you doing something sexual together, or (2) she saw the three of you doing something nonsexual together? I won't say it's impossible for her to have reacted this way to the second, but I think the first is far more likely--particularly when you know MC is or will be having sex with all of them anyway. Meaning this is a clue.
Or there's Nova. Nova/Nancy has already happened. But she and Penny had talked (before MC had sex with either of them) about sharing MC. Not seriously, of course--or at least, not entirely seriously--but certainly clearly enough to constitute a clue. And definitely a clearer clue than "Nova thinks Nancy has a sexy voice."
And this in turn gives us two possible outcomes: (1) among the actual clues are lots of red herrings (in fact, some of the most direct clues* are red herrings); or (2) the "one threesome per LI" assumption is incorrect.
*If we know that everyone gets a threesome, and we believe in any kind of foreshadowing at all, two LIs talking about sharing MC has to be as direct a clue as it gets.
