I think based on the in game hints we've gotten so far, both Dahlia + Alex and Annie + Luna are guaranteed. Just a matter of when. Anything else is possible aside from the blood relations but not necessarily guaranteed. Alex has been pretty obvious about wanting to double up with Dahlia and Luna had a vision that pretty clearlly involved Annie that had obvious sex vibes based on her reaction.

As for the Nancy + Nova threesome that one didn't surprise me after Nancy pretty much smacked MC upside the head and told basically told him Nova's practically begging him to fuck her and he's a moron if he doesn't oblige. I definitely didn´t see that threesome coming, but Nancy being the glue for the harem, it also didn´t surprised me either, and it won´t surprise if she has more threesomes in future updates. Penny and Dalia are out of the possibilities, but everyone else is up for a turn.
