Huh, that's interesting. While I understand the narrative reason to forgo that kind of material, I thought he managed to work it in deftly in OIAL. Sounds like his thought process with that kind of scene might have changed since then.
I don't think Patreon was nearly as aggressive on this issue while OIAL was under development.

Cari managed to get away with it with OIAL because a) he wasn't as popular as he is now so there's less scrutiny if he did something that skirted the rules, and b) Patreon was a bit lax with the rule enforcement and had gaps with their incest ruling (i.e. stepcest).
Nowadays he's less keen in skirting the rules since funding from Patreon is also crucial to get the assets needed for developing Eternum and paying for his 2 main staff members. There's also the fact that Patreon updated the wording on what qualifies as "incest content" to them, so what worked with OIAL ain't gonna work this time around.
Just wait til the morality police closes the "landlady" loophole and updates that to include anyone who lives under the same roof that isn't married. I wouldn't put it past them.

Because there is way more money on the line in this area.
Do you really believe that a shitty organisation of dried-up virgins, which can only survive through donations, has the power to compete in a capital law suit against the multiple porn empires? They would be sued to hell and back, and I'm sure the court will be in the US and the law suits are so cheap there... Alone Mindgeek/Aylo - the parent company of PH, YP, RT and so on would just trample them down without noticing them
I am sure that even MC/Visa will take more than a 2nd, 3th, or even 4th thought about trying some shenanigans with them.
Been waiting since 0.8.4 for ages now. Was there any added story or is that not until 0.9.0 comes out?

has Eternum listed for December 15th and also with the confirmed tag. I'm hoping that's real. 
Don't think anything new was added between 8.4 and 8.6. It was just an update to remove some music that the copywright owner didn't want used in a porn game and replace it with something else.
Too bad, if the copyright owner played eternum he would probably realise that this is a masterpiece

Vampires or Werewolves as ally? Which leads to the better end? I played both roots but vampire root was way too spooky, so I tend to go with hilarious werewolves instead. Yet, I'm not sure if either choice effects on the plot.
It's been awhile since I played but I believe picking the vampire first path gives you an interesting scene with Penny and then still lets you get the same scene with Luna that you would have gotten if you had picked werewolf first. But if you go werewolf first you miss Penny's scene entirely. I would save before choosing and try it both ways to see which one you prefer.

you already have some scenes with Penny, but if u want to progress with Luna physically then its better to not lose her scene and choose the Werewolves path. Also either route won't affect the plot because we meet the other parties that we didn't choose and they end up forming an alliance with Orion anyway

There's content with Luna and the werewolves that you will miss if you choose vampires and Penny. But both girls have their spicy scenes in the episode regardless.
So just pick which you prefer to have some extra content with.
Yeah that's the one.
Will have to try it again. Maybe I missed a scene. You can definitely do Penny's dance scene with the vampires first and still get Luna's HJ scene afterwards. If she has something else on top of that then I must have missed it.
There's also a final scene near the exit that involves both girls as well as both the vampires and the werewolves that you get regardless what you pick I believe.
