Don't ask me. I play with that disabled. I'm just happy I have that option. This is an amazing game, and I love playing it, but if it didn't allow me to disable pregnancy......*shudder*

This game is in the running for my favorite ever. An undeniable top 5 of all time. Love it. Its great news for the game when my number one complaint is the update passed in the blink of an eye and now I'm ready for the next.

When you say 0.10 cliffhanger you mean the cliffhanger at the end of 0.9. Also is 0.10 not the last update? If the story isn't ending at 0.10 I will be overjoyed.
It's literally what you're asked at the very start of the game.

Something like that happened to me in my 0.9 playthrough. First time playing Chang's game, the MC had more points in the end even with letting Dalia win the coin toss and so he won which made me miss the sauna scene. I had to purposely lose one of the other rounds. I went with the server name one, but made it so he was the last one out. Not sure if that mattered, but Dalia won that round. That made it so in the final round she was ahead but still could have lost had the MC not let her win the coin toss.

Yeah but I've been rocking the same save for years so I kinda forgot that. I think I have it on, otherwise you won't get the girls talking about what they discuss in the hot tub. I hope I do at least. The whole family building aspect always gets my attention.

I'm not so sure that it'll only be one. Remember the syndicate old man in the market in 0.8? One of the things he said was "the loss of the ones you love".
Considering how Pregnancy is option it's likely the big cliffhanger that was promised next update will take it into account. We know that it enabled is part of the "cannon ending" which makes me think that:
Nancy will sacrifice herself for everyone else or somehow die. She is the only one that said she don't want kids / pregnancy. The other love interests, as shown by the talk during the board game, are most likely all pregnant by now. If any of them are killed, or at least their physical body, and they lose baby as result, it will be a bit too dark. Well if it's one of them, rather than all of them, but if it's all them we will most likely see time rewind to before they were killed at one point.
The most likely alternative is SAO S2 storyline namely that all girls are captured, either with their real bodies or just can't log out of Eternum. If 0.10 end like that, then 0.11 will probably be Orion reaching out to side character to gather allies that will help him save / locate them. Part of me consider this more likely rather than less, because Calypso can return to help him and progressed their relationship, while some choices like helping Chang romance Micaela, befriending Jerry, giving money to Matt, make Mr Hernandez and Luna's family like you, help Axel who still cares for his sister on some level, all will have effect towards adding them as allies.

Yea but Syndicate's phone call also told us at the end of this update that we are reaching the point of no return. Idriel told us that, Orion and not she, always found way to reset the timeline, at least so far. This makes me think that the game story focuses on how Orion finally get ending which doesn't result in him hitting the reset button. ... Also one of the choices we make is picking Healing as magic that Penny learns. ... I am thinking that their death rather the capture, is something that happens as constant so far, but this time it will be different.
I really loved the first half ot the new episode. 10/10 in my opinion. Second half left a bad taste in my mouth as it killed the momentum of the episode.

I may be reaching but my guess is that we'll show up in a panic and find that all of them are currently stuck in eternum and unaware of what happened and we have to find where they are before they try and exit the game themselves. Also I suspect CHANG, MY GOAT, will be involved since he's not in eternum.

Well, one of my two favorite girls. The other one is Luna, who's almost just as likely to get sacrificed. I'm just preparing you guys for the possibility that it COULD happen. Right now we don't even know if LI's death is what Caribdis is gonna go with. But if he does, us Annie fans better prepare ourselves mentally now rather get caught with our pants down 10 months later.
I do agree that Alex would also work extremely well in this context. She's among the top-3 most likely to get sacrificed imo. I also agree that narrative-wise, her Bardot lineage also ties in better with our upcoming clash with William Bardot. But in terms of emotional impact, I still think Annie's (TEMPORARY!) death would cause a bigger emotional shift in the story. Because Alex is such a popular character, we know for a fact that Cari would bring her back almost immediately, which makes it very predictable. But god forbid he chooses Annie instead? We can only hope Caribdis isn't on a sadistic streak.
And again, I gotta emphasize that I would NEVER wish ill on my precious Annie. But goddamn it I gotta prepare myself in case Cari decides to rip my heart out and play dodgeball with it. We got a tiny preview of it with the Luna reunion scene this update. Imagine THAT but cranked up to 11.

man, everyone wants people to just die in the next update, huh? This reminds me when people thought a while back that Orion was for sure gonna die and be a ghost in Eternum after getting wounded, cuz how else could he possibly live?
Sarcasm aside we gotta remember that for all the drama, Caribdis has put in a LOT of Red Herrings. And I mean a lot. Hell, he even has a server where the gang find the first Gem of Doom, "The Red Herring".

Also, one of the big things to keep in mind regarding if anyone of the crew died in the cliffhanger is that it says that people were only dying if they were taken out of Eternum forcefully, such as dying in Eternum or timing out. It even says that using a portal, even at by the time Orion wakes up, was safe. But with millions of people in Eternum at any given moment, and many serves being PvE and PvP, lots of people could have died in Eternum before word got out even if it only took a few hours for word to spread in the system itself since most people aren't as careful in Eternum as they are "irl" about fighting and possible dying. People literally have gladiator battles "to the death," with little fear because it wasn't permanent... until now. Not to mention people who just play till they time out, both of which were the causes of deaths.
So the odds that the girls were in Eternum when the surge hit, that they then also died while in there or were otherwise forced out, is actually really small. Also, unless I just missed it, we aren't actually given a number, just it starts with 6 and was big enough to be a massive deal. But given that no one is supposed to die for real in Eternum it could be as realtively small as 6000 and still be a big deal since it everyone is at risk, and it means the company could go under, since the number should be 0 people die irl because of Eternum.
So, I don't think any of the girls will be dead or trapped. Since even the wording in the scene makes it clear, to me at least and how I understood it, that after the initial burst of deaths and confusion things were stabilized enough that people were leaving safely and told not to enter Eternum for the time being.
