yeah i know about the immersion ,i do that myself to,but ill never confuse that with facts,how i want/think things are doesn't always mean it is like that.

we'll see what pippoad does,i always say a dev should be open minded about fan opinions but also decide on what he wants himself,its his story after all and you'll always have people who disagree and agree whatever path he takes.

That would be a logical progression for his personal arc: first, he's just immune; then, he can interact with hybrids and use abilities ordinary people can't; and in the end, he gains something like what you described. The only problem is that, according to my initial lore, men cannot become hybrids and use those super-cool Nox abilities on a purely genetic level - only women can. But maybe it's possible to create something like a suit that would be "linked" to the hero, similar to how he can now communicate with Siena and "Another", and thus allow him to control such a suit. I need to think this through in more detail.

Yes, please consider a lore-friendly way to allow MC this kind of progression.
Don't get me wrong, I don't want the trope of overpowered MC that can handle everything himself superman style like so many VNs do. But the lore already establishes MC as an anomaly, it's not unthinkable he could in fact become hybrid, or something different that still allows him some Nox powers.

The story still absolutely works fine without this, but I feel like it would be underwhelming to not do it, kinda like you're a supporting character on your own game where you just let hybrids do the heavy lifting. Eventually it'd be nice if he can be on even footing with them, especially since the game hints more and more at a hybrid squad / hybrids helping the human.
Having him also be on par with that means he could effectively lead / be part of the squad and dive deeper into zones.

Anyways, just my two cents. Gaming is amazing either way, keep up the great work !
