Anyone starting a new game, don't choose second outfit options in the wardrobe It may break the game . I think it's a bug. They are not supposed to unlock till EP Lvl 4.

there's an early quest that asks you to wear clothes from the wardrobe. Choosing the newer clothes doesn't work and doesn't progress the quest.
