Are you kidding? There are characters that can be considered as "forgotten", like Lucy, Margot, Isaac, Agent Marston, Taylor and Rudy. Also Jimmy, but at least you can interact with him.

Unfortunately, for now it seems that characters marked with N/A are only supporting characters in other routes. I hope this changes, as there are characters in this category that I would like to see have their own routes (Lucy and Paige).
P.S: As for forgotten characters, I think Rudy is a character I would like to see some progress with.
