it's blackmail or drugging for the most part, but the delinquent is probably the closest thing to a romantic route for the heroine because she actually starts falling for him. The nerd guy too but that one's a bit more messed up with the manipulation part leading up to the end (with him sexually torturing her for hours with a vibrator)
