In addition to what The Grifter posted, your slaves and whores need to be earning money so that you have money to pay Mabuta his cut. Once you get whores and slaves you need to immediately assign them a job and then encourage them to work harder. Whores and slaves start will low motivation so you will need to encourage them to work harder a lot for the first week until their incentive stat is high. You'll still need to manually encourage them to work harder at least twice a week.

Assign your whores and slaves a variety of jobs. For example if you only have one street whore and have 12 drug couriers, you'll end up in trouble. It costs lots of caps per drug courier to purchase the drugs and you don't earn any money back until you sell them to Tony. So in this scenario, you're losing money frequently and Mabuta isn't getting paid. Then he'll show up and take over your whore and slave business.

Killing Mabuta isn't meant to happen early game. You have to pay your dues and pay him for a while until your 'Gunman for robberies' gets half a dozen or more kills. Then you can assign him as a hitman and ask him to assassinate Mabuta.

I looked at them and they are good but just different. I don't see them as an improvement, just a different picture. If the old pictures were poor quality and these ones were good quality then I could see replacing them.

If players want pussy pictures with lips spread then this is a good alternative picture pack but other than that I don't feel that they add anything. No offense intended in any way! The pictures are really a matter of personal taste and preference which can vary substantially between players. Some players may like the old ones and some players may like the ones you've selected. Thank you for offering to contribute! :)

Update: I only saw pussy pictures so I redownloaded your file and found the breast pictures. I'll look at those and see if they are better...

Do you happen to have your own local git at least for the project? Using txtsplit3.py and/or txtmerge.py scripts to split and merge the txt2gam file for easier editing/tracking of changes?
Could i have your python scripts if you do?

I have some from some of the other qsp projects (cleanslate, girllife) and for some reason it gets hung up on the "addbuliddate" file/location. Iv typically just removed it from the copy of the qproj file and the locations when i edit and build, but there are remnants of a builddate check in the python scripts, so makes me wonder someone may have had a customized version for the Evil game project at some point.

It's possible but if so it was before my time and probably noobtrain's time with the game also. I know what you're talking about as a few years ago I used to make custom builds of Girl Life for myself from the git repository.

I wish I had some info for you but I don't. Kevin Smarts is quite skilled with making QSP builds so you may want to ask him if you get stuck.

If you do end up moving the development of Evil 2 to git you'll need to make sure that someone is in charge of approving changes. Kevin Smarts manages the Girl Life project and has for years and he approves major changes but small and minor changes escape his view constantly. Problems arise when anyone is given access and anyone can makes changes. It quickly becomes a mess and the game goes off the rails in a hurry.

Update

This is probably going to be my last beta before the full release of version 0.75.

I added two small features:

You now have the option to have females keep their last name when you marry them. I added this option to the Bathroom menu. The default is for them to take on your last name. Players can toggle this setting on and off as much as they'd like. For example if you want Nina North and Melissa Gotti to keep their last names when you marry them you can do that now.

Added Hair Styling options to the Beauty Salon. This allows players to match the girl's hair with the girl's portrait picture if they want. For example, you can make their hair straight, wavy, or curly. You can also give them pig tails, braids, naturally flowing, etc.

I finished going through all 15 unique events and 2 major stories in the game. I made a few of the events a bit easier to trigger mostly by raising RNG chances and making the time frame broader for when the event or event stage can trigger (larger more relaxed timeframe). The base requirements to trigger all the events and stories hasn't changed although I did fix a few bugs while going through them.

This is a QSP only update so replace the two existing files with the two new ones in the 7z archive.

Yea its just a local git on harddrive, its not posted online.
I split out the game, keep a change history thru it, and a separate branch for making custom personal edits and rebuild and play. Just wondered if you had updated python scripts at all. I got a working method so no worries, its all good.

Not sweat, it isn't mine either. I just have to use it a lot. ;)

To replace a pussy or tit pic do the following:
- have your new picture in jpg format, be sure it is not over 600x600 pixels
- identify the picture you want to replace in the game folder
- rename your pic with the exact name of pic you want to replace
- move your pic to the game folder, overwriting the original pic
