Why will the photo event not trigger in this save?

I was able to trigger the event after two days. On the same day, exercise with Anna, have sex with her, and advance the time to hour 10 or later and refresh the screen.

I also noticed that you have a lot of gang members working as muscle for the Camorra cartel when they aren't skilled enough and several died while advancing days with your save game. Ideally they should be high level soldiers with a maxed boxing and shooting skill.

As with your previous save games and playthroughs you're also neglecting building your muscles. You should be doing weight training every day.

No, but it's not a bad suggestion. You can set the pregnancy chance to low in the 'Female Body Preferences' feature. If you have a good relationship with them you can take them to the medical clinic to have the baby aborted or ask them to go on birth control. But you're right, the first time you have sex with them is oftentimes before you establish a good relationship and so you're rolling the dice when it comes to them getting pregnant or not.

Im a pain sorry, but is there a way to add videos in to the game for other activities like going to school, assassinations etc, going to medical centre (a little video seeing a nurse or something) same with buying slaves, visiting brothel, gloryhole, it just would add something extra to the game or is it a size of game issue then?

Maybe we can use our Gang for stuff like turf wars etc rather than nicking cars each day

There are no future updates unless someone with the skills is able to make new stories, its a community project all other authors di things for free to make it what it is today and it is outstanding work from them all.

Yes, and it's not too difficult but no one is adding to the game right now except for Useck I believe.

Not unless another developer adds it. skybarbie and I are mostly retired from developing for the game.

You can have group sex with your gang slut doing gangbangs and also DP. There are several group sex events in the game with the 2 major storylines and 18 unique events in the game.

The only slowdown I notice in the game is during the End of Day Earnings Report and when starting a New Day, otherwise the game runs great for me and most others. If you're using a laptop or slow computer I can see some potential performance issues, mostly with playing the videos.

Gang slut, when you have a whore, you can select free use whore (she is then found in your gang menu at the bottom)

Game will not become abandoned some people make mods etc, and also someone else may come along and add to the game like the other past authors who have made the game awesome, I am not a programmer so have no clue how it works.

Most whores qualify to be your gang slut as long as you have a good relationship with them and they are sufficiently corrupted (all their virginities must be taken if I remember correctly). I believe the option is 'Appoint whore on free use' or something similar.

There are a lot more group sex events than just the one at the police station. Before you even get to that story, you have multiple threesome events with your mother and sister in the 'Family Trouble' story. You also have two threesomes with Leah Gotti and Nina North (one in the bedroom and one in the shower). There are a few more after that in later events.
