Trying to understand this game a bit better. I love anything with chastity, and anal-only lifestyle is something I dream of seeing in games. I see there's an "anal only" flag, but it goes away the second a girl is bent over invited home, even if her pussy is sealed. What's this for? I see you can seal a girl's pussy with piercing and/or medical operation, but you still need to put them on birth control for whoring. Is there a way to make a girl "anal only" (possibly also refusing oral whoring)?

The mansion does have a safe. It's referenced in the 'Family Trouble' story. Without giving too much away, the MC puts two slave contracts in his safe in his mansion. The mansion "safe" isn't listed anywhere on screen although the MC does store important documents (deed to his mansion) and other valuables in it. The MC also has a safe in his farm house. The safe in his farm house is mentioned in 'Pool Girl Story - Part 3'.

Your observations are mostly correct. Anal only is mostly used for a girl's sexual history. You are correct that she doesn't stay "anal only" once the MC has sex with her (she can't refuse vaginal or oral sex). Females aren't viewed the same as males in Evil 2. The culture and dynamics are different than they are in today's world. The MC is dominant, an alpha male, good looking, and becomes quite powerful so few girls can resist him. So while a girl may have been "anal only" in the past, they have a difficult time refusing a strong, hot, and dominant male like the MC. It's not perfect I understand but that's my logic behind it.
Your suggestions about forcing a girl to be "anal only" or refusing to give up her oral virginity have merit. We certainly could have gone in this direction but with how females are generally submissive to males (with few being dominant) we didn't... Your suggestions are good however and it could have gone either way.
Additional Game World Info
If you disable 'Random NPC Sex' in the bathroom menu, girls in your contacts don't have sex with anyone but you (this is also a limitation as married couples would be having sex but their sex stats never change). So essentially, you could have sex with them and never take their vaginal or oral virginities. It just wouldn't be "forced" to prevent those virginities from being taken.
Yes, the game has limitations and weaknesses. You have a valid point with sealed pussies still needing to be on birth control for whoring. Instead of adding lots of exceptions to the code, all sex workers are put on birth control. Should this be fixed? Probably, but it's a low priority.
There's a low chance of females being "anal only" during NPC creation. You can make a girl anal only using console commands (it would be messy as her history wouldn't match) but like I said earlier, it doesn't prevent the MC from taking her other virginities (only other NPCs in her sexual history).

After several requests I finally got the OP updated. You'll notice in the 'Downloads' section that all four downloads now have the 'Required' tag on them. The Installation instructions were also updated to 0.76 instead of listing 0.75 in step #4. The torrent link was also removed as the post which listed it has been deleted for unknown reasons. 
The 'Developer Notes/FAQ' section was also updated to include the 'Additional Game World Info' link but they put it in the wrong spot and at the beginning of another section. This is actually an improvement as they usually do half of the changes wrong and it takes multiple requests to get everything correct. Not having edit rights to the OP has been a constant frustration.

sorry i figured it out but can you please tell me how to start kill event of mumbata . it doesnot show any option to kill him are there any requirements to be fulfilled.

Beginner's Guide
The information you're looking for is in the middle of the guide - 'How to kill Mabuta'. You basically need to establish a good working gang and then have your 'Gunman for robberies' gang member earn a bunch of kills first, then assign him as a hitman and ask him to kill Mabuta.

No, the dev team is mostly retired. We touch the game on occasion and surprise players with a small update. Hardcore active development stopped earlier this year. We play games on this site more than we develop now. There are numerous reasons for this which I won't mention or The Grifter will chew us out for complaining lol.

- Made the Fitness Room, Tennis Court, Pool, and Hot Tub a bit more active with Phoebe and Anna visiting them throughout the day. You can now use these rooms in your mansion with them randomly. It helps to make the mansion feel more lived in.
You'll need to download the full file again and install it per the instructions. There isn't an update file to update the game from version 0.76 to 0.76 Patch 1. You're original 0.76 download can be safely deleted (0.76 Patch 1 fully replaces it).

You have to sleep and start a new day, then the babies will age up to 16 years old.

Warscared - I'm not sure why you put a thinking face on half our posts. The code that ages babies up to 16 years old is handled when starting a new day. That's the best place to put the code. If we checked for everything instantly it would slow the game down to a crawl. So the family_tester cheat works, it just doesn't age them up until you start a new day. Sleeping and starting a new day is when most of the NPC code adjustments take place. This is working as designed.

I'm probably doing something wrong. Does it matter which screen you type it in? I click the spectre1viper Command Injector and paste family_tester=1.
