noobtrain i feel that this game still hadn't gone full evil, when can we start selling organs?

The game is evil but evil with a purpose - becoming a powerful crime lord. There's plenty of evil as Warscared mentioned here - Rape, forced slavery, slave training, corruption, murder, felony theft, drug trafficking, etc. etc. The game resembles living the glory days of the mafia, with you rising in power until you become a powerful crime boss with your own empire.

This may seem like an odd requirement but it's done for good reason. The feature is rather simple as it allows the MC to convince ANY married female to divorce their husband. So to make this more believable, the MC has to be a huge catch - high reputation, good looking, successful, with a mansion. The feature could be made more random with some wives refusing but the feature is made up of very little code. Since it's currently a 100% success rate, the MC needs to have made a name for themselves and be quite the catch or eligible bachelor. So until you reach a high level of success you can't just convince all married women to divorce their husbands.

Some players like to question everything we do (and I'm not implying that you are) but there's usually a good reason why we do things a certain way.

Idk I mean this lady had my kids instead of her husbands and was willing to whore for me but wouldn't marry me instead so it is kinda weird. I understand not wanting a more complex system though and seems like if you wanted to have the believability you are going for would be better to have personality traits for the women and gold digger types wouldn't go for it. This one though only married her husband when asked her life story because he was good at sex so if my MC was better then she shouldn't care about a mansion. (she also slept with like 700 other guys) I was more trying to gold dig her lol. If you don't want to put the dev time to that sort of thing though it wouldn't add much to the game so I understand.

you don´t you buy debt from the Armenians like the regular people...
you could buy it from the bank but then you can only turn them into slaves!
instead of turning them into extremely profitable drug mules!

Only the bank lends money in the game. You can turn people into debtors by setting them up. I believe the option is 'Arrange a setup' when the female NPC is on the screen. There are a few requirements to get that option but they aren't difficult.

You can also acquire debtors through your gang. In the City Gangs menu, click on the Armenians and you have the option of finding the debtor who owes them money. You can find the debtor in two ways. #1 - Hack the debtor database from the Computer menu. #2 - Assign some of your gang members to 'Search for debtors'.

You'll be notified in the End of Day Earnings Report that the debtor was found and they'll appear in the 'Debtors' tab on the main screen. You can force them to pay off the debt by working as your whore if they don't have the money. Talk to the Armenian gang again and you get to keep 10% of the debt as a reward.

Yes. They also have several mini events after the Family Trouble storyline is over (showers, teasing, surprise sex, etc.). They are the only two girls in the game with matching pictures and videos in the generic sex system currently. They can also get pregnant and have your children.
