The untranslated parts can be translated while playing by using textractor, which is a very nice tool for playing untranslated rpg maker games.
Is there a way to hide this thing? Shows up even during CGs so it's kinda disruptive. I've been playing the same save for a long time now and a lot of items are only in Chinese so I can't tell if there's an item to toggle it.

Is this game fappable? How does it compare to lets say Karryns Prison or Ruled by Rule? There are no images to see so I don't know

It is quite a lot more extreme than both of them in regards to scenes - a lot more. There are some "universally" hot scenes, but not much. Most are of hard to extreme bdsm variety, there's some gore, body modification(or body horror even), and some scenes are not translated, so you do not really know who says what. Cum inflation and over-the-top rape is also a common theme, so if this tickles you pink then yeah, fappable as all hell.

I already read an issue to resolve this like using bandizip, set to chinese unicode, etc etc
But this kind of "not existing file" error came again.

I see, but if there are ton of missing files, then the problem is not in my machine right, but in the zip itself.
I am doing this roughly ten file. It's kind of tedious of course, but this is just short term solution.

You have to run the game with Locale emulator OR after setting your system locale to Chinese (or Japanese. For some reason setting it to Japanese also works).
I recommend using Locale emulator. It is easy and works great for most games.

There's no problem with the ZIP. I JUST downloaded this game (from the GDrive link, BTW) and the game is working fine. And I didn't even bother using Bandzip, I used good old WinRAR (but yes, I had to change to a Japanese Unicode when unzipping. Yes, I used Japanese. Like I said, it also works, for some reason).
But keep in mind that you NEED to run the game with Locale emulator.
If you don't use a locale emulator or set your whole system to Chinese or Japanese, the game will have issues reading Chinese characters.
Take a look at the title bar: on the left I'm not using Locale Emulator, on the right I am. As you can see, the left one has issues reading Chinese characters, so it WILL throw some file missing errors. While using Locale Emulator the game runs fine.

It REALLY depends on what do you fap to.
There's a lot of sex, but most scenes are about extreme bondage or even guro (including amputation).
The game got tamer in the last few years, but you'll still see a few girls without limbs here and there.

But I understand some (most?) can't.
Granted, most scenes aren't THIS extreme, but regular sex is something you'll rarely see here. If someone is having sex, there's a big chance that there's a chain around her neck or something.
Yeah I want to see some pictures or scenes of what is it like, seems to me its still not in English anyways, you know how long we could wait?

The beginning of the game is completely in Chinese.
Halfway through the game they started translating it, so half the game is translated (in a very lame way: you'll see both the Chinese and English text in the text boxes).
Keep in mind, however, that this game is HARD. It is a RPG game with porn scenes, not the other way around. You'll have to grind, you'll have to suffer in the boss battles, you WILL die a lot, etc.
And most importantly, the game is NOT complete and probably never will be. The creator abandoned his Patreon account and said that, due to piracy, he was going to finish the game without patreon. But he stopped communicating and people assume he just abandoned the game.
There are around 50+ hours of gameplay here already, but the game isn't complete.
Anyway, here's some examnples of sex scenes in the game. I randomly picked 3 from the gallery, so this isn't me cherry picking. Just chose at random.
The game has around 50ish porn scenes, so there's quite a bit of content. But MOST of them is fairly extreme, as you can see.

BTW, the game is decrypted, so you can always go to the img/picture folder and look at the pictures there.

No, it wasn't confirmed. We just know the game wasn't updated in two years and his patreon is abandoned.
There's no confirmation that it was abandoned though.
Fingers crossed it's not cuz I really enjoyed this game. Not many good BDSM games out there like this one.
