I think this game must be tagged as netorare.
Maybe tthey didn't because this is sharing and not properly NTR but since there's no sharing or NTS tag the best is to use netorare.
Mostly because is the tag used for most of the users targeted in this game.

First you need to choose "Become an educational mannequin for Amit".

it just means you get to make choices for both the MC and the wife. But the male MC is the main protag, wife is secondary I'd say.

Yes, it works perfectly just download the required renpy plugin. I would also recommend using the gallery mod because you'll miss plenty of content in a single run.
