It's kinda crazy how he isn't even bothering trying to pretend like he's working on the game anymore. The last update on patreon was in march saying the march release will be delayed and he's hasn't said anything else since. Guy's just outright scamming people and people still sub to his patreon.

With my waifu getting into hiatus yet again I cannot help but feel perturbed over the people who call themselves devs.
I understand that you are doing everything all by yourself and then there are times when you lose motivation etc.
But Stardew Valley was a game made by a single dev unlike yourself and that was made in 4 and a half years.

it's pretty stupid when I see notifications about this game only to find out it's still people complaining about it. Unless it's an elaborate necromancy ritual to bring the author back from the everyday ennui, I don't see the point of getting anyone's hopes up

He's been talking about the update being 'soon' since February, so it's hard to believe anything is imminent. I'd love it to be true though, I adore this game.

What I find interesting is, the dev is quite clear, rl is first, game is when he can. They (he) never hid that.
