I think robbing your casino prize was a little harsh but since the player wins so much money in the casino, if you keep it, money will become meaningless in the game. So I figured out a pretty harsh way to have it stolen from you either way if you win it, in line with the crazy stuff that happens in Anubis. Keep in mind your pre casino money ia never stolen.

Fair, but the MC's reaction was completely out of line, at least to me. You said it yourself, his winnings would make money meaningless in the game, so being robbed of it should come with an adequate reaction, not just shrugging it off like it was nothing. If we can't control his reaction at least a little bit when something so ridiculous happens, it gets harder to connect with him as a character.
It's your game but i would change those scenes a little bit to make the MC seem less dumb. Maybe have the girls ask for all his winnings in exchange for a fun time now, and in the future if he so chooses. And if the player refuses, have someone other than a LI or a character he can fuck rob him, that way the MC can be mad, but he won't know who robbed him. and the girls that are supposed to be LIs won't be thieving bitches.

So for the most part I enjoyed it, I don't like to rate first releases, but for a metric for you I would give it a 2.5/5. I like the story that you're laying out, I really love all the characters so far, the combat scenes were decent, and while I hate free roam I do appreciate you keeping it simple and not doing too much like other devs. It is pretty lengthy and has a lot of choices which is uncommon and greatly appreciated for a first release, and you've taken your time to lay the plot out to where it doesn't feel rushed.

The negatives for me outweigh the positives just because of the annoyance of them. I am a fast ready and even with max text speed, there is still forced stoppage at times, and also the black screen transitions take to long and they aren't even necessary to begin with. With some transition scenes there's the lightning effects and blur effects on the imagery in a couple of the fight scenes, it just doesn't look good at rather annoying to look at, especially if someone already has less than ideal eye sight.

It's a pretty good start, it just needs a little tweaking, I am excited to see where this project goes, best of luck.

I'm working hard to resolve many of the issues you guys raised, especially in the text and sound areas. Sound levels have been significantly reduced for a more comfortable experience.

Most of the kinetic text animations have been removed, and the text is now outlined for clear readability.

Some sound effects, like thunder, have been heavily toned down and will appear less frequently.

Skipping will be enabled, including for unseen text if you activate it. Transitions will be smoother, and there won’t be any unskippable black screens.

Additionally, I’ll be re-rendering certain shots, including removing Harley's tattoo. For those who asked, I was unaware of its problematic connotations, and I’m adjusting accordingly.

This update should be ready in a few days. Thanks for your feedback and patience!

I'll also kindly ask of all those who are thinking about writing a review, to please wait patiently and play the refined version when it releases, and then write the review.

Partly, but mostly just unsure of the context. Not only because it could be a futa, but also because I'm not a huge fan of lesbian stuff in general and especially if it makes the Mc a third wheel or an after thought to a pair of lesbians. The context of those images, as given above there, doesn't fill me with a lot of confidence. Forced lesbians, or locking girls behind that kind of content, isn't something I enjoy. A chick sitting with naked orcs is sus as heck, and a guy sitting with robot girls in a sci-fi game is suspect as well to me. I could let the tattoo slide if the guy really didn't know. I saw a game once where a dev put a girl in a bikini with a queen of spades emblem on it and he said he didn't know the meaning he just liked poker he said, idk if I believed him, but he never did add any of that kind of stuff.

None of those images give much confidence in the game, really.

I really didn't realize so many players didn't like girl on girl action. Maybe it's more of my personal taste. I guess in future scenes I'll have it as optional and not mandatory, if at all, and even that is within harem context.

Notice how you don't see any of them in the relationship menu. You will NOT develop a relationship with them or be forced to engage with them. They're mostly side characters meant to showcase the sex scenes in Arc I, as the relationships with the main girls are obviously more slowly cooked.

Well, that's even more of a reason to retaliate against them and there's no reason to try to moderate it anymore, so I hope the MC takes strong action against them. Also, if they're not LIs, I don't want the MC to have sex with them, so I hope it's avoidable.

Then having the MC be more mad about it and possibly doing something to show that he's not to be messed with would be great and have zero downsides since they're not LI. But instead they just walk all over him and he acts like it's just a common Tuesday

Recommendation, change the text fonts, because they are horrible, you can barely understand them and so on, just like the jump button does not work, Well, to see what changes with the different choices, it is tedious to have to keep reading or clicking the button to advance and see what changes, It would be nice if you fixed that too Rexile
