I have been fighting the drug dealer for a good like 30 minutes now... I can't retreat because of a fetish and the give up greyed out and I do 0 damage when I attack and I sure as shit ain't gonna be able to fuck up to death without submission maxing out before I do damage...

you can use a save editor to cheat to give you more attack

The author is busy with their own work. The author said (barring any unforeseen circumstances) there will be a small update at the end of the year.
If you're that far along in corruption there should be a surrender option you can choose that will end the fight.

The initial post is on ULMF(dot)org, a predecessor to F95 if you will. Where the dev said that the 0.99 would be the 'last' release in a long while, if memory serves.
There's posts here by them outlining their plans but you would have to use the search bar to find them. Not sure why people don't already use it before asking questions but now you know.

You can look for publications from January of this year; there's one published by the author.
OMG. I thought other games were grindy on here. This one takes the cake. Way too repetitive and with the constant spawning just forget it.
