I have been fighting the drug dealer for a good like 30 minutes now... I can't retreat because of a fetish and the give up greyed out and I do 0 damage when I attack and I sure as shit ain't gonna be able to fuck up to death without submission maxing out before I do damage...

The author is busy with their own work. The author said (barring any unforeseen circumstances) there will be a small update at the end of the year.
If you're that far along in corruption there should be a surrender option you can choose that will end the fight.

The initial post is on ULMF(dot)org, a predecessor to F95 if you will. Where the dev said that the 0.99 would be the 'last' release in a long while, if memory serves.

What are games like this with a very involved H-battle system? 3D or 2D. I've played most of the popular stuff but this game really scratches an itch I didn't know I had.

The dev mentioned these games in his ULMF page, since he was inspired by them you can try it out as well.
If you mean the status things, it's going to be dungeons and prisoners, Eris Dysonomia, Jumble Jokers and Strikers and the devs third game, Cursed Armor something, which is leagues ahead of Jokers and Strikers.
All of those have stacking and worsening status effects from losing. Not that the other games mentioned aren't good, but this particular brand of tism is few and far between.

Technically yes, he said that, back in March. With no updates since then. I'd love to see more, but I'm treating this game as done.
