That is sometimes tricky. RPGMV games generally have their custom menus and stat screens inside Plugins. I don't doubt this one is inside a plugin too. So to change it you will have to find the plugin that was used to create the menu then change the dialog options.
I usually change it using RPGM MV because it is easier for me to find and adjust the values. If you don't have the engine you can more then likely go into the plugin and look for the values and change them there manually. Notepad+ is a free and great program for doing this.
Lastly, if that screen is an image which I doubt it is but it could be; then you would need to actually find the image and edit it with software like GIMP. You can confirm if it is an image or not by just simply looking for it in the image folder (you may need to decrypt the images to check first though.)

Thats because it is missing the point. Right now the ratio is such that its a bit of a toss up with it being more likely a game isn't in english. weirdly enough you can usually tell by the art (But even if it were 95% crazy language we'd still complain.) There are two reasons for this.
Reason one is that no matter the ratio or expectation, either way its added annoyance of having extra steps when looking through titles because you gotta double check every time if its in english. This means really what we need isn't just a tag at the top of the thread but a pre-fix, like "completed" or "RPGM" that you can see before you bother opening a thread. Maybe if mtl is considered the norm we need an "english" tag instead. Or even better a way to filter them out by default for your acc.
The other reason is in the nature of this site. I for one come to this site because it has lots of stuff with working links and its supposed to be in english. Meaning you can get good results for little fiddling around. This changes for the worse the more mtl games we get. For the part of the community not into it, which is a vocal part of ??? size, its literally just spam that bloats the pages for no gain.
A smaller hidden reason I have seen mentioned at times is the worry that once a game gets an mtl nobody will bother giving it an actual translation so the potential of getting the game at all just dies.

I am truly sorry your important porn viewing time is slightly slowed down by having to click into a thread then click out of it after seeing (MTL) next to it.
Like someone else in this thread said a couple of years ago we used to have to attached a text hooker then load up a translator aggregator, just to guess our way through niche hentai. at least this way its easier to play things that were never going to get a translation.
