what do you mean by game sprites and assets

I want to make a side scroller game and I need an artist for EVERYTHING from the floor to the characters sprites.
I'll need map tiles (floor, walls, plants) and characters sprites with animated sprites (from running to fucking).
Is it something you can do?

i can definitely draw it all, but i cannot animate it
so if you ask me for frames and you hand me a reference sheet like this one that i found on google
i could draw the character for the game in such frames
can help design the character as well
as for background and levels, sure
