turnaround depends on the commission itself, it varies, usually anywhere from a few days to 2-3 weeks, depending on the level of detail and work needed, but could also be more if the commission has a lot of variations

pricing wise again it depends on the style, pose, character, details, etc.

Added. Your work is very good, unfortunately I dont have anything to pay you AT THIS TIME, but its more of a kick tires and see what a smaller goal is if I went with a more unknown artist than trying to coax pipe dreams to aid me...
