It being shorter is probably why the whole NTR/sharing stuff doesn't hit as hard as it did in PE.
Even without the interracial element, PE had the "pretend" aspect that sometimes forced things forward even if MC was not ready for it. Julia is way better character than Emma, since Emma was apparently just a hidden slut that needed to be triggered.

Should be so because Dev said it will be a short VN and after this is finished the next project will be longer again. He has done a lot short VN's like Permission or Make me happy.

To be honest I like the dev art, the fact he didn't believe a well represented sex scene is just due his time management.
He wanted to squeeze two sex scenes but one is ok and the other one is obscene.
Sex scenes takes time to develop and deliver, but the choice is all on the dev shoulder to choose quality Vs checkbox exercise sex scene with 5/6 images.
Anyway I just wanted to underline that a ln adult game must have very well represented sex scenes (e.g Lisa, fashion business, etc..)

If I thought the sex scene was important, I'd rather watch porn and not play AVN. AVN is fundamentally novel, and unless it's going to be a realistic lewd scene like you see on twitter, I personally think the quality of what's on AVN is generally mediocre. Even so, I personally prefer AVN because it comes with good writing. There are some games that make good lewd scenes, but avn with good writing is very rare. And if there is good writing, I think CG itself is not that important. People just read lewd books too.
