You can get the Walkthrough mod. It works fine with v0.4, it just doesn't have info for the new content.
Press G ingame to open it up(or just read the txt in the mod folder for guidance).

The general idea, get Emma's naughty meter into the red from her perspective, then "cock block" her as the MC.
Basically, (after her naughty meter is in the red) don't pick anything as the MC that suggests he's "into" any of the flirty, sharing stuff...
There's a scene, where Emma is asleep, Martin walks in and starts messing with her. If you pick "say nothing", and Emma closes the laptop, you're on the cheating path...
End of day 8, you'll get this screen...

The reason I mentioned it was mostly the other part. Some outdated mods will produce a slew of errors. This doesn't.

Too bad everything looks just sharing/cuckolding and not real CHEATING, there is actually some cheating (your partner breaking trust with you) but is just sharing route and male MC wouldn't care or get really pissed off.

While the description calls this an NTR focused game if you go 0 naughty score pure vanilla it makes for a pretty sweet romance.
I got several paths going right now and if I had to rank them it would be:
Soft-Sharing - I like hotwife/swinging but holy fuck Martin is the worst person imaginable to do it with. He has zero respect for their marriage or boundaries and trys to rape her in her sleep if he is able. Get naughty score but reject options that physically involve Martin. Got good naughty scenes wife is clearly getting a little frustrated but still listens to MC.
Soft-Cheating - How deep can you get before you can't walk it back anymore? Starting down the cheating path but interupt Martin on the phone and then pick all the options to try to save the relationship. At the ending scene it looks like she is regretting the cheating she has already done so it would be awesome if this path lets you salvage things.
Vanilla - classic for a reason
Full-Sharing - Like top choice I like sharing but Martin really drags it down and I haven't enjoyed scenes with him so far.
Full-Cheating - Just the worst. The escalation makes no sense. Their relationship is fine? Seriously I don't get how over the course of 3 days she is seduced enough to fuck Martin in the shower with her husband right there and hardly seem remorseful. It's just too quick

There should really be added the option to make choises with female MC when you play from her side so that she can decide if she wanna do what hers husband suggest or ask her for or if she will decide to lie to him and cheat on him behind his back without telling him anything! There's not really any point of playing as both male and female MC if hers choices will be made automatically depending of the husband's choices - in that case it should be just male MC side only and also scenes with his wife from time to time with a text "meanwhile..." before every scene with his wife just like in some other games where you have that type of text before some scenes!

All of this are not cheating - they are called "sharing" - the husband is aware of all of that,because of that fact it's called "sharing" and not "cheating" (cuckoldry not cuckolding)! There is an actual cheating path in the game, and 0.4 has a scene where Emma fucks Martin in the shower; MC knocks on the door to ask her if she's okay, but she just opens the door in a towel (freshly fucked by Martin) and gives some lame excuse to MC.
So yes, there is cheating in the game. Not just Sharing or Cuckolding.

I gotta say, the cheating route in Pineapple Express was much better done than here. In PE, it was "explained" by MC being a hypocrite (fooling around with Cordell's sister while constantly watching over Julia x Cordell, a.k.a. being a cheating asshole). In this game, Emma just needed to get horny enough to where she desired Martin more. All you have to do is be passive enough to let them spend time together, and voila, Emma is happily cheating on you.
IDK, but it doesn't have that same effect that the cheating in PE had.
