You need to be in the red zone at the time of choosing which video to send in order to get to the cuckold, threesome or cheating paths. Otherwise you will be in the vanilla path.
If you choose all "naughty" options as Patrick & Emma, by the end of 0.5 (outside of the cheating path), you can get a bit in the red. However, on the cheating path, the naughty meter doesn't rise this patch (intended behaviour, confirmed by the dev).

I still maintain Emma up there in LIs compared to past. In fact, updating my Dimajio33 LI tier list for this game, I don't think it's controversial to put her in the S slot

oh yeah then id for sure put Julia and Emma in S tier don't know who I like more. Maybe Emma cause there was 1 or 2 things I did not like about Julia towards the end of the game on the sharing path which does make her a little less attractive than Emma for me.
