I haven't played it in a while, but it's recall there only being two endings. One where the husband joins in and the other where he watches her with other guys. There is also one where she stays loyal I believe if she isn't corrupted enough.

I don't know if I missed something but I found these endings:
- final with Emma shared... only with Martin? there is no ending shared with Matthew (even if there was a threesome with him too?)
- cuckold ending only with Matthew... and not with Martin (is it possible that it isn't there?)
- good ending with Emma remaining faithful
- bad ending with Emma cheating, both with Martin and Matthew
I honestly don't know if I missed anything

Personally, I would have added a variant to the unfaithful wife plot, including anticipating the ending in one or more circumstances with Patrick's outburst of jealousy. I mean, in that path we have an MC who is jealous of his beautiful wife, but at the same time too dumb not to immediately notice what is happening: anyone would understand it (even without using Emma's POV).
In short, from his point of view, Patrick notices:
- Emma is more and more excited and "for fun" she would like to go further
- From Martin's cloud he understands that she has started lying to him and hiding things from him, such as photo shoots, bathing naked in the jacuzzi with other people and the fact that she passed herself off as Martin's "girlfriend"
- From the same cloud as Martin, she sees the photos he secretly took and understands that he has a weakness for Emma, yet remains almost indifferent.
- Likewise he does nothing (he will not investigate later either) when he sees through the webcam that Martin is about to take advantage of Emma and realizes that she is awake and aware.
Then he goes back home:
- He always wakes up alone in bed at night
- He hears Emma moaning in the shower but instead of coming in to join her as he wants, he knocks on the door, but Emma suspiciously won't let him in... and Martin is strangely nowhere to be found (make sure he was in his room, no?)
- Martin and Emma are often close, complicit, flirting in front of her eyes (in the corridor, on the dance floor, during photo shoots, during the move)... not to mention Patrick's return from the move where he finds them in the bedroom, with her under the covers (TOO suspicious), and then has the brilliant idea of leaving them alone there again so as not to notice what's happening.
- In the end it's clear what Emma is up to behind the set of the latest photo shoot, when Martin mysteriously disappeared too... as at the same time it is clear that at least she was naked doing something with Matthew on the last night: her clothes are in the bedroom and she comes back wrapped only in a towel claiming that she was in the pool (but since she hadn't dived in she was dry, and the costume that she obviously didn't have?)
On that path I did everything I could to make Patrick open his eyes sooner, unfortunately he will never do it, except at the end when it will be too late
Again, it would have been interesting to see (as happens in some other games) an ending, perhaps brought forward to the middle of the game.

Unless they've now been fixed, some of the endings were bugged and as a result didn't come up - that mostly (I think) impacted the cheating path though, and it looks like you found both of those endings. There is a cuck epilogue with Martin as well (that's the one where you get the text messages telling you she's waiting for you, right?) I don't think there's a sharing epilogue with Matthew though, on that path, the first epilogue scene is the couple in bed with Martin, with no variable to change it to a set with Matthew.I don't know if I missed something but I found these endings:

While looking forward to PE2 I can't help it, I'm secretly already (or rather: still) hoping for a continuiation of this game at a later point of time.
You can reject Matthew by choosing to cover up in the hotel room after Stoker leaves.

so I'm still missing something since I have the same problem.
On the traitor's path, the moment Emma gives herself to Martin, she will no longer have any restraint and will always give herself to Matthew, without replies.
The problem is that, despite having sex with Martin 5 times and only once with Matthew, that one time with Matthew always blocks Martin's ending.

You have to be on the cuck path but without Matthew. For whatever reason, if you have both Martin and Matthew, it defaults to Matthew.

I have the same problem, I can't get that ending:
if I let Emma have sex with Martin at her brother's house, she will always go with him 4 more times, even if I try to keep her evil line low, and at Stoker's house she will never cover herself in front of Matthew and we will always have this ending.
On the contrary, if I block her at Martin's brother's house, making her desist from having sex with him, then she won't give in even in the shower, but at that point if I also block her in the photo shoot on the last evening at Martin's house, Martin will give up and won't do anything on the day of the move or even during the last photo shoot. Having the chance to stop her even with Matthew, Emma will get back on the right path and there will be the good epilogue (faithful wife)
(in this case though there is still a bug in the last night, with Patrick's POV with Emma arriving late, and that's fine, but from Emma's POV we see her go to Matthew and start the sex scene which ends before Patrick arrives, followed by the good epilogue)
If instead I let Emma have fun with Martin for the first time after the photo shoot, then she will do it alone also in the two subsequent occasions (the move and the final set), but at the same time she will not be given the opportunity to cover herself in front of Matthew and will leave her ending open.

The simple answer to much, if not all of that, is that the coding is fucked. Maybe the dev was rushed at the end and sacrificed proper testing in favour of sticking to the set release date. I understand there has been a bugfix, but I haven't seen it, so I don't know what it fixed and what errors, if any, still remain.I have the same problem, I can't get that ending:

no no there have been some fixes, and I'm playing with the latest fix version.
Unfortunately, here and there, a general check would have been necessary, but only the ending with Martin and Matthew on the path of the cheating wife was corrected (coding problems prevented Emma's point of view and the related epilogues).

On the cuck path, I've tried to keep the relations with Martin only using both the original v7 and the v7 fixed and they both wind up with the Matthew epilogue. I've also tried keep the naughty meter as low as possible and as high as possible with the same results. And this is even after I have told Emma not to go against her journalistic morals.

I did exactly the same moves as you did, and in the end I only got the epilogue with Matthew.

The code in the epilogue scene for cuck here says if 1002 or 1003 is true, then show the Matthew images, if not, then show the Martin images. You can see in the screenshot below the condition says true, but if I click on the second line in URM, I get the Martin images.
However, you get 1002 and 1003 on the Matthew cuck path, which is all good:
But you also get this, a few lines down, which is not good:
So if I read it right, option 1007 is the combined set of choices that says "cuck with Martin", but the exact same set is put together for 1002, which is "cuck with Martin and Matthew". So I think the code to set option1002 needs to have "and option51" (which is when Patrick gives Emma the go ahead to flirt with Matthew, because they're both adults) - all the other options listed there (28, 32, 36, 41) are from either neutral cuck or specifically Martin cuck choices. Alternatively, ask it to check in the epilogue for option1007 instead, which would prioritise the Martin scene (since he's had all the focus in the game until the end), and only show Matthew's scene instead when not on the Martin path...
TLDR: It's another code fuck-up, if I'm not mistaken.

The easiest fix is calling for option1007 first, but then you'd need to swap around the lines of script - instead of "if Matthew show Matthew, and if not show Martin" it would have to be "if Martin show Martin and if not show Matthew", if that makes sense - because the way it works is if the condition isn't met, then the code calls for "in all other circumstances...", although you shouldn't be able to get to this point without either Martin or Matthew, because otherwise it's not much of a cuck path!so it's a bug in the game code... at least that's it.
