Most folks are using local installations and something like forge or comfyui. Check for models and LoRas (like add-ons) on civitai.
Looks like Forge requires an OpenAI key, surely OpenAI filters would block the content wouldn't they? what local installs do you recommend?

Comfyui is popular. Or the OG, automatic1111. I've used forge, it works well and no censorship.

Well the only reason I make the distinction is that with real flesh, they could use that in the medical field for burn victims. As for fake flesh, there is apparently some "fleshlights" that do come close to that feeling. More for the inside flesh than the outside. The issue with outside flesh is heating. It would need to be somewhat warm to feel real, otherwise it would feel like you were touching a corpse.
