EDIT: Also missing pictures 6 and 7.

6 - check the front desk at the townhall
7 - at the Gym you'll find an open locker.

Regarding Sam's 11th part, it looks like it's an error and Sam should only have 10 things to do and not 11

I didn't get to do courtney quest she doesn't text me

When I touch my safe box when my cousin is in my cousin 's room, tell him not to touch him. I'll have to touch it when I'm gone. When the cousin is not home, open the safe and there will be a photo, go home and upload it to your site using your pc. As soon as I wake up and sleep in bed, I get a call from my cousin.

If you scroll up a bit someone say's it's a bug, I've been trying to trigger it for awhile now so it being a bug would make sense.
