Florida doesn't have a state income tax so depending on the tax bracket it can be a nice drop, was my favorite thing about living there.

I’ve heard of this bug, but was never able to recreate it. Seeing your images, it looks like it’s due to code updates when first downloading a new version, and being in your bedroom. I should be able to completely fix that bug in the next update now that I understand how it happens.
For now, best to load in the previous version, move outside your bedroom, save, and then load in with the newest version. See if that fixes it.
