There is no set time that he releases updates. MILFY City is made by a different person and also doesn't have a set release time.

The mom has to request it after you watch TV with her and it seems you have to have already danced with Jackie as well.

That's awesome. It turns out I already danced with Jackie, but I was maybe just a little off on the timing for the TV or something. Worked like a charm, so now I await the next update where... maybe a relative gets plugged.
I know there's plenty of game left, but if we don't get an extended "real" version of that dream harem sequence before it's all over, it's gonna be disappointing as hell.

I'm not a patron of him, so I can't see any specifics, but it looks like the last posted update on the Patreon page was Feb 11. So nothing new announced in the last month. He states there should be an update every 1–2 months, though, and v0.09b was released on Jan 20, so hopefully an update will happen this month or early April.
Note: He replied to me, so that might help you out.
I do most of the content announcements on discord.

I did not know it was wrong to mention places you hung out.
I wasn't the one that muted you. I hang out here to communicate and clear out confusion for players. It's just common courtesy to not pass around info about pirating the game on the discord.
