A lot of clips tend to be at different frame rates, so if you intend on editing them into videos you'll want to convert them into a singular framerate to prevent weird stutters. Not only are they in different frame rates, but they often don't transition cleanly between clips or are simply too short making the video look weird with the character blinking 50 times in a row. If it's just for a simple video using the clips you might not need to edit too much, but if you want it to look good it requires a good deal of effort. I tried a little bit with the most recent animations and it takes up a good chunk of time.

Yeah, I figured. So far I've been using photoscape but it has a limited option for frame size.
