Just start a new game from a fresh save and keep track of the harem members counter, when you catch it increase on its own is when you find out what causes it. Your save appears to be edited in some 3rd-party program (the cheat codes are activated, but you're not gonna convince me you've purposely hit "Add $1000" 70 or so times to get it to that much money, as well as increasing your stats so high above 100), the safest bet would be to assume that you messed something up on your end by doing so. I've started a new game myself and encountered no bugs.
