OK, this has the same bug as the Dlsite version, but it was fixed later. Iris is always a virgin here.
So in the sex animation it's still shown that she's a virgin and if I remember correctly that's a bug .

Just as serious a mistake you can't collect a certain item because that triggers a hidden save and you have everything you need to play through it
