From what I can tell, that page seems to have been made by the developer themselves and does not have any actual option to download, just a link to the official download page that requires an access code.
Dang over the last week or month I have been talking about that kemono is now useless after the dev caught up finding it out u either fidn someone that have an access key or something which I don't recommend due to it's illegal

I wanted to retry this game again, I'm unsure if I asked or commented about it already ( I searched in the search bar about fleshlightwip but didn't find anything I wanted so I guess I'm gonna ask) the fleshlightwip code was still working in version 213 but not anymore. You can set it on but it does nothing anymore. Too bad, because I really liked it, it was working pretty well.
Anyway, it's cool we can change hairs and a few stuff. The potions are a bit expensive I think (compared to what we win) but the golden freakles are nice on my djiins/efreet fairies (bluish/redish), nice touch, ty.
