The dev mode button when clicked just gives a log output to the fairy update and migrations functions that run when the phonebook is opened, for those users that were experiencing an issue where the phonebook would no longer open. However, I haven't had any reports of this issue since 230, so hopefully this was fixed.

you can give yourself as many points as desired.Doesnt seem like it. You can alter the statistics you see in the menu (times kissed, boob rubs, etc), your fairypoints, toggle stuff you can do from the in game menu like futa fairies or anthro fairies, skip intro, music track etc. I think you can increase how many different potions you have in your inventory - its hard to tell, because those stats are named like "inventory itemid 3 = 0" for example
There are also a whole bunch of other options whose functions I dont really know wich you can toggle/increase or decrease tho you should keep a copy of your original save file if you play around with those, in case it breaks somethin lol

The way I usually do it is to navigate to that folder, you have to have show hidden files and folders option enabled to see the AppData folders. Then once you get there you can either drag and drop onto the webpage once you have it open, or click upload and then navigate to the folder and select the file. Either way works, I just use the first way as I have AppData pinned to quick access

If you go to C:\Users\(Whatever your username for computer is), and open that folder with the user name. Do you see a folder called AppData and the folder icon is a little darker than the rest of the folder icons?
If you are on windows just type %appdata% into your desktops search bar and locate the "com.bsb.FairyFINDR" folder.
Its not that hard

I found an Option for Tattoos on Fairies but its greyed out and keeps deactivating on its own...
Is it conected to that greyed out Debug Button?

At the end of the day it's a game with a lot of potential but very insignificant and lame updates. The core game has barely changed in the last two years.

To be honest there is way but I am not bother to do it coding a bypass for it is pain
