The photos in the gallery do not match the content. You have to consider them as achievements or rewards, no actual samples of the gameplay.

I did unpack the game and did a fresh start and it says 0.9a. And the end is the same as in 0.9a version

It says 0-10 normal on the file i have downloaded

that's for Dona's BJ. I was referring to the younger one as I found the pic in the gallery section and I recalled there was no such scene when I played.

yes, sometimes is spanish without mod, too.

The DEV sent out an email with a file to correct English. I made it into a ZIP with the correct folder structure so you can just drag the game folder in and overwrite. This is for version 10b of course.
