now how in the hell is this game not completed ? because every time i download it and load up saves always goes to same ending with hospital and you drive off with aunt or whatever and given money and new Identity and that ends it their or what not so what am i missing ?

You are following an alternative early endgame.
Today it's not available, but tomorrow (2023-11-27) download my Mod who has this route well identified.

That is an ending, not the ending. To avoid that ending, do not warn your brother and let him take a bullet. Also, she is a niece, not an aunt. Which does begs the question where is her mom? Might as well bang the whole family, says I.

edit: I forgot that we did meet her mom! Initiate sister seduction stat!
