How much content is there currently?

The game ends after 9 days, the days being a combination of few custom linear scenes and a handful of few available repetitive "sandbox" actions. There might be some variations but given how quickly it currently ends there's little incentive to explore them.

Honestly, for 1.5+ year of development it's pretty underwhelming.

I was also underwhelmed by the lack of content in the new update. Old saves didn't work so had to play all the way through again and found very little new scenes. Only some Scarlett and the videos from mall clerk. And those might've been there already but not having seen them before. So I wonder if it was more like a technical update.

All in all, I love the game. The style is really something that stands out, awesome characters (like the biological mom and Anne + Sophie). The storyline of runaway patient is beautiful.I hope there will be more story content soon. And thanks to dev for making the game.

I don't think this is a bug. In your profile only shown fetishes with 5, or so, points. But maybe by that you mean something else.

I am not sure if this is a bug or anything but during the yoga class, you are offered a chance to give a blowjob to the yoga instructor. I thought that I wasn't rasing my cock fetish enough despite being so early in the game.
