Inventory (top bar) -> smartphone look -> men taste app -> write something in the search bar -> select a porn image -> "Edging to this content" button

The new version with a lot fixes more or less important, which will allow you to access all the content. Indeed 2 big problems prevented to progress some paths in the game.
There are some small novelties, everything is in the change-log.

I won't talk for other devs of the kind of games you have a problem for. But you kind of make a bad choice posting your message here. In mine I try to let the players the maximum liberty and choices, and you can actualy fight and refuse what can happen to you.
I understand what you talking to, feminisation games have certain type of forced plot story and structure (even if I like to think that I have make something different).
Again it's still a very niche kind of games, you have plenty of choices in this website to find your happiness if it's not yours.

I ran into a classic bug. I got home from gloryholing in the park and since the time was past midnight I couldn't sleep. So you can't sleep if the time is 00:10 or something like that.

Anyone knows how to get into this, PharmaCell route? Infact I never noticed many other routes apart from I guess the dominant/submissive, etc.

Easy, by succeeding at the job interview but not actually showing up for work; you'll get nabbed off the street on Wednesday.
I feel like there's routes a plenty: the outcome of the job interview deciding on whether you're with PharamFem or being enrolled at BOI, getting either Kenya or Scarlett as your potential girlfriend, which part the secondary characters on both their respective routes play, and lastly deciding whether you're Team Police or Team Fugitive (Yes!). That being said, with choices being based on stats one could argue that it all boils down to being either dominant or submissive (enough), so… *shrug*
I like both the being a dik path that leans into patriarchy and submissive path that accepts the matriarchy.
The custom art is also a big plus in my book. The story seems to be based on your actions, being late, being on submissive, etc. This doesn't always sit so well with the fact that in order to avoid watersports for example you need to go the bathroom every now and then. I suppose it can create some amusing scenarios.
This gives the game quite the sleazy and disinhibited vibe.

I talked to her literally every morning and still wasn't able to make any further progress on that quest before the game ended
Honestly I hope this is a feature rather than a bug, it can be really fuckin' hard to build up certain fetishes in time for events that use them otherwise. E.g. with Mathilde you basically need to spam watching blowjob porn to be able to get her full first event (and it seems like getting the full version is probably important to her second event)
On that note as someone into piss play it's also quite disappointing that the game largely seems to be treating "watersports" solely as "diaper fetish" - same with "age play". There's so much more that can be done with both of those fetishes and instead they're both just limited to the same particular niche.
IMO if that's all the author intends to use them for it would be best to just roll them both into one "diaper" fetish so it's not so misleading to those into other interpretations of each
SSWorldMaker - in addition to the above feedback, and related to the fetish grinding bit, either Anal gaping from Virginia needs to be slowed way down, or Sex Toys fetish requirements for buying butt plugs need to be significantly reduced. As it is it's almost impossible to actually anally masturbate because by the time you grind out enough fetish levels - even with heavy use of the phone - to buy the next size plug it's already too small for you.
TBH the fetish system as a whole kinda needs a rework, you can get to "obsessed" levels with some things (e.g. Breasts, I swear it feels like fuckin' everything gives Breasts exp) within the first week without even trying, others you basically have to use the phone for... and sometimes even "high interest" is still a completely meaningless level, e.g. Sex Toys and Chastity (if I'm so interested why do I refuse to buy them?)
EDIT: I hope I don't come across overly harsh here, because I really do think this is a really, really good game - I just feel like taking care of some of these pain points would take it from "really good" to one of my absolute favorites

On an unrelated note to the feedback but related to my post - how do you actually get the lost keycard? Someone else mentioned talking to Kenya but as I replied to them I had talked to her literally every morning after getting into her PC and the subject never came up
That's weird, the only way to not have the access card event is to not be on the fugitive's path. Or maybe you have not start the investigation. Have you searh Kenya's computer at the reception desk on first week?
