u can "cheat" a little, here what u can do:
- save first and after that export your save
- open the file with nodepad
- search for _hp and change the number, remember it will reset itself, better do it when u outside
- search for exp and change the number, check how much exp u need to level up and use X-1 so next win u levelup
- search for _items and "2":xxx is the stimpak.(if its in slot 2)
- save and import. after import u need to load

This should be a save file with all the new scenes. Extract it, run the game, click "Load Game", click "import" on the right side of any memory slot, select the json file, enjoy.

Vault Dweller. I believe Fallout 2 main protagonist was "Chosen one" (of Arroyo), Fallout 3 "Lone Wanderer" (or "the Prisoner" in the Interplay original version that was canceled), New Vegas "the Courier", Fallout 4 "Sole Survivor", Fallout Tactics "the Warrior" and not sure about the rest, since I haven't played the MMO or peasant versions (consoles).
