Good question. It used to be in the appdata folder roaming\fall.out_data, but I don't see it there anymore.

I don't think that you have explained it, brah. There are many sex acts that stay in full color, and several appearances of the B/W Natasha outside of sex scenes.

The release of the fixeded version will take place tomorrow, so I recommend that you wait a little longer.

There are a lot of questions about the save files. You don't need to search for it in the system folders, just go to the game menu and use the control buttons to export the save you need to a separate file, after which you can import it back in the same way.

If the save is incompatible with the game version, then you will see it on the left side of the screen.

This should be a save file with all the new scenes. Extract it, run the game, click "Load Game", click "import" on the right side of any memory slot, select the json file, enjoy.
