Except doesn't work for non-english keyboards; the ~ key in my case is alt gr + 4 and it doesn't work, and yes, I pressed all the keys with all manner of combinations.i just found out how to cheat the game without any software.

We are currently working on adding a number of new features to the game. Alongside new events, the capabilities of the combat system will also be expanded. New types of weapons and corresponding graphics will be introduced.
In addition, we are planning to significantly broaden the list of available localizations. To achieve this, we’re setting up an AI-based system to improve translation accuracy and automate the overall process. A group of testers has also been assembled to review the final results - and anyone interested is welcome to join.
The main highlight of the upcoming release will be mobile device support. Some of these tasks are uncharted territory for our team, which means we occasionally face unexpected challenges along the way. Because of this, and several other factors, the next update has not yet been released.
Dvoika, please add pregnancy.

This is a very old game by adult game standards, I think it dates back all the way to 2016 and got uploaded here in 2017. It's been 8 years since.
The developer is working on this game, but given the available content for this version, it might be a bit of a while before it's actually finished.

Hello,
I am running a Windows 11 64bit PC. But the download file from the OP related to Win 10/11 64bit, will not launch.
After unpacking and trying to launch the executable, literally nothing happens. Nothing launches. I am feeling pretty dumb at this point trying to figure out why.
