You can reject her. And since I consider myself a wholesome person (or at least, that’s how I perceived myself), I rejected her in the hope that she would someday offer me another chance (you know, after getting to know her better). But little did I know, it was a once in a lifetime offer that I'd missed. It's similar to the first game btw, if you choose not to take the heroine's virginity, the game somehow locks you into a certain path and you're unable to achieve 100% completion.
You're missing face to face. Take her to back room, lift skirt, 'let lilly handle things' then change position to face-to-face
