yes you can. all you need to do is to visit henrietta and click the "curious about henrietta" button. After that, when you get the scene where she sit on her desk, zoom in to her and click "interract".

We have the latest version here, the same as dlsite. If you are still having problems you could try this to fix the soft lock.
The application may not function unless a Japanese language pack is set properly in your PC / the System Locale is set to Japanese. Some said this works too but I didn't need change system date format:https://f95zone.to/threads/fallen-brand-new-world-v1-0-3b-parthia-kyodan.257025/post-17192416

You have to ask for a tea cup (Any) and it should be an event on the "talk" option.
