There is step-by-step how to unlock basement scene in there, in the "sex achievement" section.
Just be careful, that scene will not end until you literally "dry-out" by your maid, so start with fewest SP as possible before attempt it if you are an impatient person.

im pretty sure you cant creampie her without contraceptive potion, but you could try cowgirl position cuz if i remember right you are forced to creampie so try it and see if it raise any dissatisfaction
