I had play no sex run before but not sure that affinity is A or S but at the final chapter noting special happen.
For the save file I'm didn't keep the save before sex, cause it have no new ending and this save somehow got bugged that it can't trigger the event when she didn't have sex for a while and show up in the room.
Lily's aversion to impregnation sex is very clearly out of place... it's definitely a creator preference rather than a logical in-character preference.
Setting is perfectly set up for a family, after all. They're both adults well past marriage age, and she even calls the player "Husband." The creator is just... for some weird reason... totally disgusted with the idea of children and including a pregnancy ending / impregnation mechanic.
She definitely turns into a broken record after the ninth unprotected nakadashi in a row, though.

During intercural sex, when you got her to 3 hears or above, increase the piston speed at the bottom right corner and you will accidentally insert inside her

I'm pretty sure that in 1room, one of their previous games, they had an "impregnation" scenario. More a dream sequence when you achieved the ending, but still... I don't recall the girl getting pissed if you nutted in her without protections/pills available after raising affection enough.
Lily doesn't ever actually get mad, either (as the dissatisfaction bar seems to cause no ill effects whatsoever and she never really resists), but 1room is actually a perfect example that supports my point.
The first sex scene in that game actually requires you to use a condom, which is beyond stupid. Outside of some very specific niche fetishes, condoms have zero place in H-games... they add nothing to the scenes and only serve to make them off-putting and less enjoyable. No one plays these games for "safe sex" lessons.
I actually dropped 1room after the first sex scene. At least they fixed it with this one, with the "push down" option, but they honestly should have made it so Lily stops telling you to pull out after the third consecutive nakadashi (as further injections don't increase fertilization chances anyway at that point, but also because pulling out doesn't actually work).

I mean, it's a more grounded H game than the norm... And by number of copies sold and the lenght of that thread, it appears taht it's more than a "specific niche fetish".
I mean, I know it's still a power fantasy that a girl just gives you her first time just because you let her crash at your place no questions asked. But even there, using protection when she's still in school (*insert police car emoji) doesn't feel that weird. Certanly not "beyond stupid", especially when you can stop using them pretty soon, switching to her begging for you to just nut. And ending with a pregnancy dream that doesn't really feel a dream and more like a bonus "that's the future for MC" ending.
Of course, they are games. So even when trying to be more "grounded" they still take heavy artistic licenses... Like pulling out being "safe" when IRL it's not, like, at all.
It's more like condom sex is something players are willing to put up with, rather than something they prefer. The fact remains that 1room explored an almost completely uncharted genre (middle aged self-insert protagonist who has lots of sex with a JK) with a very high market demand (which makes you wonder why it's so rare? Because H-game industries are cowards, probably, and don't want to deal with Karen critics).
If given the choice whether to use it or not, most players will overwhelmingly choose never to use a condom in H-scenes.
Anyway, it still makes more sense for 1room to feature condom sex than it does for Lily to constantly object to nakadashi in this one... which tells me it's a clear reflection of the artist's preferences rather than the setting. Everything else about the setting says that the creator is well aware of the economics of a pre-industrial civilization... and these same economics were why women in pre-urbanized society wanted a dozen or more children, as children were considered an economic resource, rather than a burden, in that era. In game terms, putting your children to work in your tavern would add to your turnover rate (they can handle cleaning and prep work), which is actually the most effective profit multiplier in this game.
It's just... odd. Still has a pretty cool cooking mechanic, though.

Guys, I’m going through a nasty bug here. First, my game completely deleted my save files, but oddly enough, the epilogue remained unlocked for me. But I’ve already downloaded a save file, so that’s not a problem anymore. The problem is that my game changed the language to Japanese, and I have no ideia on how to change it. I’ve already changed my locale back to English, but it didn’t seemed to work. Any help?

Wait, are they really that rare? I've encountered many through the years. But the problem is that only an handfull are actually good. Most are mediocre garbage.
But that's in every hentai genre: The actually good games are not many.

I like this game. Especially the cooking section. I played 1room back then and the ending (epilogue) is somehow the same that oneday. after that game is pretty much endless mode... too bad the sub heroines are not included.. altho u can increase their points only on 20 per day. which is kinda pointless in my opinion. you can't even increase the points of Alison after her scene cause she will always be sleeping... maybe im missing something on the sub-heroines. but i feel like that's all u can do to them.
