Guys, if you’re having issues with scenes, it’s better to change the regional settings to Japanese through the control panel. These kinds of problems often happen with Japanese games. This helped me.

After seeing some of the messages here, I did some tests and Japanese Locale is not the issue here. Don't ask me why, but I do use Japanese Locale as default on my PC and I still triggered the many bugs. However, the bugs did disapear when I changed my Date/Time format to Japanese (was still using my local ones).
So, as far as I checked, you just need to change your Regional format to Japanese without changing your System Locale or your Region or your System Language.

Still a pain, but it is reassuring :
1) You have a workaround to play the game
2) Though unusual, there are games with this problem from time to time, so it's a known issue. Not common, but not rare either.
3) It's not a botched release from the Dev : the game work fine, it just has some quirks on foreign systems. Can't really blame the guy for missing that. Why would you expect a change in your Date format to screw your interface up ?

Let's just hope he manage to cook a fix up. We'll see.

EDIT : Oh, and in case someone doesn't know how...
Settings -> Time & Language -> Region -> Additional date, time & regional settings -> Region -> Formats -> Change the format to Japanese

Interesting gonna have to test that. I too have japanese locale as system default which usually fixes all compatibility issues in such games, but this is the first time i've heard about it being related to the date/time format.

Anyway thanks for the info, hopefully the devs patch this out in the future.

one question, how can you get to the final link on that site? I always get to the point where it shows to "answer a questionaire" or something shady like that and never get the link...

There are anti-bot verification steps where you select some contextual images on the left side of the screen, and on the same screen, on the right side, when you get the images right, two buttons are enabled. Only then do you click on them, as they gain a more vivid color, thus unlocking the link that leads to the actual download. Here, I may have less difficulty because I use 'uBlock Origin' and 'Fast Forward' in the browser, which should filter out spam elements.

Maybe the problem is the pathfinding, changing the date format not only changes that, also changes the directory separator from "/" to "¥", I do not why but that messes with various things on windows and some programs behavior...

Everything is explained in-game under the Tips tab:
It's basically based on the color of the hearts.
Blue negates desire.
Orange increases it, and rose increases the climax meter.

I found out with Cheat Engine inverntory items using the "Value Type: Byte" insted of the regular "Value Type: 4 Bytes" default.

I was able to cheat my way to have unlimited Potions as you can see in the pic i have 9 Ejacs with infinite SP(Stamina Potion)

How did you get that menu
I have pressed every button my keyboard
The only menu I can find is space
