I found out with Cheat Engine inverntory items using the "Value Type: Byte" insted of the regular "Value Type: 4 Bytes" default.

I was able to cheat my way to have unlimited Potions as you can see in the pic i have 9 Ejacs with infinite SP(Stamina Potion)

Nope, I got all my morning ones. The one I don't have are the Night invitation one. I also don't have the wiping one cuz I don't know how to trigger it in the late game.

i think the night invitation one you need her to be drunk while her sexual desire is high or dont have sex with her and make sure he sexual desire is high.

Zoom in when she's not cleaning the table during the day, press interact.. in the scene raise her hearts to level 2 then attempt something sexual. She should bring you to the back area.
