If you're talking about a literal run down of orgasm time per position card, that is a lot of data to collect.
I think they are at like ~40 each for at least the last 5 characters, juzi having less because she's new.
Honestly, the fastest way to level from what I've seen is to NOT use cards but use the restraint modes.
Since re-setup only takes 1 button to restart, and when you use a card you need to press it twice.
But that saves ~8 seconds. So not much.
But all of that is kind of burnt now that the other player gets kicked after 10 uses.
Regardless, if you want the maximum output of exp you will need to play at least weekly. For the shop.
Best thing to do is give likes strategically.
Give them in groups. To grab attention. Notice whose given them to you and reciprocate.
I like to make sure I've given everyone who hasn't donated to me at least 2(trad 10). Everyone. Even people currently offline.
Hopefully when I sign again there are people who I have donated to, who now know I gave them likes.
I think in 1 play session, probably 4 hours long, I got 300+ likes.
I was able to get 3 of those 100 like red ribbon outfits in a day.
But that is rare and kinda excessive..
There is no "cheat" other than grind afaik, UNLESS you donate a lot of money and use the translated in-game currency to level and buy insights for cards. Which can be done from the shop but there's no way you could get enough good rolls to complete all characters(you want) in one week through just irl money to shop purchases alone. And then beyond that you'd still have to resign in weekly to get the last cosmetic items that are only offered through the shop.
Plus idk how much that would cost, as it would be completely RNG.
OH and it feels like setting the thrust speed to max and ignoring getting the other character to orgasm(until you have to, then go at the same time) seems fastest. And i dont think the exp boost you get from giving likes to dancers does anything.

thought of checking in on this game after 2-3 years of not paying attention to it...formerly fallen doll?
reading through the last few pages of comments here...it seems this game is something else entirely now..
out of curiosity in case i misunderstood some stuff in those comments...
is it only online now?
is it pay2progress now? (like irl money spending to get anything)
is it outside of steam playable? (official not cracked) since my country banned porngames on steam i cant access or even look at those sites anymore and already owned porngames also gone -.- imagine being 32 years old and not being allowed to play/buy what you want to play/buy...
does this have anything at all in common with fallen doll anymore?
would be great if someone that actually owns the official version or knows the actual answer to these questions could answer

sadly the answer is not really
Not everything is bad... there are some decent animations, characters, costumes, fairly detailed locations, lots of potential. But it's just too annoying to play it currently and the monetization and grind is so obvious and unfun. I was an early supporter but wouldn't recommend paying for it anymore. They went in the wrong direction with this one.
I recommend Last Hope if you haven't tried it yet.

Yep, Helius added Denuvo and made all progress server-side so it's fully online only now.
Helius opted for a gacha gameplay loop, so it's more like pay to skip the grind I guess, and like most gacha games, if you aren't spending extra money then the grind is annoying.
No, you can only access it by pledging on Patreon which gives you a key to the closed beta on Steam.
Not really. The female character and the strip club map from the original Fallen Doll is still there, but other than that, no. It shifted from a single-player porn game to an online only multiplayer porn game with gacha mechanics.does this have anything at all in common with fallen doll anymore?

Just so you are aware the gacha part is a bit exaggerated. It really depends.
Are you someone who likes only 1-2, maybe 3, specific girls currently out? Not a problem to unlock the vast majority of their poses completely free with minimal grinding and zero money spent beyond the $36 to actually purchase the game. Just use the character specific card redemption to stop wasting in-game currency on characters you don't care about.
Are you someone who obsessively, maybe even unhealthily, must collect every pose for every character including the ones you will not use? You're definitely fucked unless you either grind a ton or spend a few dollars (small enough to not care unless you're quite poor).
This is essentially the nature of gacha systems, granted some are more abusive and will essentially nearly lock progress behind such systems or leave you excessively underpowered in some games.
As for the online part, really who cares? Please don't respond on this point. I've already seen every version of the same asinine idiotic argument. I'm only telling you that such complaints are stupid. You make of it what you will.
Not likely. It is server side hosting a lot of the data.
You also will not find any other porn game with this quality of animation because they all suck and are cash grabs, have asinine development progress, and go no where... while the company Illusion has faded from its own repetitive outdated products. Progress here also has its sore points, like character variety is shit and updates often lead to technical issues, VR support got axed for absolutely no reason and still isn't back in the game and keeps getting the "Soon" treatment, and so on. So you can either enjoy this or settle for another subpar option, or simply skip porn games entirely and go watch actual porn or hentai. Either way, situation is unfortunate.

Not going to lie, the way I interpret this is you essentially saying, "purchase this porn game if you only want to see a select portion of said porn, otherwise grind like crazy, and if you actually want to access the entire game you purchased, maybe you have an unhealthy obsession"
And at that point, why even bother purchasing the game at all? Most people don't spend a dime on normal porn, and now you're basically suggesting to spend $36 and maybe get $10(or whatever ratio to dollar you consider 1-3 girls) of content.
Also, it's been a while since I last booted Fallen Doll, but I remember when Cecil, or whatever the engineer girl's name is released, I spent the season pass or whatever the booster item is called to unlock stuff and it didn't unlock all of her animations let alone enough for 2 or 3 girls. I believe there were account resets though so maybe things have changed since then. Anyone else that also owns the game correct me if I'm wrong, but $36 dollars, which is the base tier to get you access to the game, isn't enough to "unlock the vast majority of their poses completely free with minimal grinding and zero money spent beyond the $36 to actually purchase the game". Yeah, maybe you could spend a few dollars extra to skip the grind, but again, why would people do this when they don't even pay for normal porn? Imagine actually buying a porn film that's 30 mins long, but unless you go through hoops you only get 10mins out of said movie. Spent $20 on a porn film and got $5 worth of content from it.
Just because you personally might be comfortable with the online aspects of Fallen Doll doesn't mean others will share the same sentiment, being dismissive of it doesn't invalidate people's preferences or make them stupid lol. It's cool the game is up your alley, but people are free to feel differently.

thank you for clarifying, i know very well what gacha is since i play a ton of mobile gacha games..
as for the online part..i wouldnt mind it that much...my problem (as stated in my first post) is that i cant use steam for suich games since steam locked germany out of it because of my government. Yes i could use vpn but since steam is against this and it wouldnt be the first time for them to ban people using it to get games not allowed in a country, i would risk losing my account with over 2k games on it. Just for one porn game, no thanks.

IIRC there were plans to make the game available on another platform eventually, I believe DLsite or something like that. Probably not anytime soon, but if you're really interested in this game then it might be worth keeping an eye out for that.
That's a pipe dream considering there is only one person that is publicly known to be able to crack denuvo. Who knows maybe helius will do a capcom and eventually remove denuvo in 2 or so years after launch.
Edit: wait was it capcom that does that? Or ubisoft?
As long as the backer still pouring free money to helius, he will keep the denuvo intact. Lets just say, if he is still got $50K per month, or even $30K, paying $2-3K per month for denuvo license is a trivial thing for him. He know he get the guarantee of the best protection in the world right now. Even if someone crack the game, he can just update the game, add new animation and update the denuvo, and all is well again. And he got it ALL FREE.
Unlike other companies who had to factor in denuvo license factor against their sale revenue, that makes them remove denuvo at some point because the license fee tilting heavily against their revenue, helius doesn't have to think about it at all because he got the money for free, from donation, not from sale.
The only way to make helius abandon denuvo is for backer to stop supporting this scam. If he's only getting <$5K donation this month, I bet you he will remove the denuvo next month.
