This thread is mostly an echo chamber. I've been subbed for over 5 years, at mostly $8, and I find the value worth it, but I can afford it. Other people don't find this worth it and that's fine, others can't afford it, due to their life situation, or some people just don't believe in paying. This is mostly a place to acquire something for free, so of course most people won't find it worth paying for.

With an accumulative pledge of plus 36$ on Patreon you'll have the game forever, as long it lives that is. You don't need to keep an active subscription if you don't want to.
The only benefit as it seems to keep the subscription going is to earn some kind of currency in-game, depending on which tier of membership you're active, you'll receive it more monthly. That currency is used for outfits and other things.
In other words, you can subscribe the "Clerk" tier membership at their Patreon, claim your key for Steam, then cancel your subscription and call it a day.

Outfits and what other things? Sex scenes? Is fully naked available from the get go? I also wonder how much you earn daily if it's a gacha. If someone can compare it to something like Genshin impact I would appreciate it because there to pull for characters you need 160 in game currency from which you get 60 daily unless you have add ons you paid for to get more.
Edit: Another thing bothering me is the online thing where other people will be in the game with me together?

You have on their Patreon different tiers of memberships, ranging from different prices of lower to higher ones. So let's say for example if you subscribe the lowest one that is like a couple dollars, you would need to accumulate for a few months each payment until reaching the 36$ line to claim a key for the game on Steam.
But as I said if anyone wish to just do it straight away, they need to get the "Clerk" membership, being able to get the game in one go. Then cancelling the membership right after if you wish to do so, you won't lose access to the game or any of his perks as the online mod after claiming the key.
Your best bet is to go in their discord (your account needs to be verified) and check out the faq channel or ask around in the fallen-doll-discussion channel. I don't know if getting the steam key also converts that amount into their premium currency or not.
If it does you almost have enough NEP for 2 characters besides the standard 3. USD 36 equals 288 NEP. A character pass is 150 NEP. So in typical gacha fashion you just need to spend a little more to get 300 NEP. A character pass unlocks the premium side of the battlepass which contains the clothing options. You also get to walk around with them on the map as your avatar and most importantly you unlock their own experiment gacha.
The pulls are with insight currency which you get from doing your daily task. You can accumulate up to 3 daily tasks to do if you don't do any but that's the limit. One daily tasks gets you 3 insights. One pull is 2 insights.
On the online thing: There are 3 single player only maps in harem mode but not all experiments work there since they require props from the multiplayer maps. So some only work in the space station while others only work in the nightclub. You can hide the other people but it's far from perfect.

Yes you can get naughty straight away, you'll receive quite a lot of random scenes ranging from all the girls included in-game, 48 to be exact to start with your grind, there is hundreds to unlock.
The currency to unlock girls is just a battlepass for each one of them, that includes more outfits. Also with this you can free roam online with a selected girl that you unlocked their battlepass, but even the girls that you didn't unlock yet you'll still be able to enjoy their sex scenes. There is daily and weekly tasks to progress the battlepasses which is pretty easily to complete it.
Online you can disable the other players around you, but they'll still see you anyway. There is private quarters if you wish a offline session too, but is a good idea to interact with the online as you'll need to progress too, for giving/receiving likes and level up.
The only RNG in-game is pulling for sex scenes, but you can pull scenes for a specific girl if you wish.

The server is down, error 1005 appears and I can't log in to Harem. I paid $36 two days ago but it turns out that to unlock a character (Talon, for example) you have to pay extra money once you log in. It doesn't work anymore; it's the worst purchase ever.

Man I've never seen more than 30 people connected to the server at once. If they crash with that number, they have a huge infrastructure problem. Are they using a Pentium 100 with a 1GB server drive? Let's be serious.

Each lobby is a maximum of 10 players, of course there is plenty lobbies going on with more players.
You can check today's peak, 1122 players at the same time in-game, almost hitting the game's all time peak.

There is no such rule. Silksong has been "coming soon" on Steam for as long as I can remember.
