That was a very nice beginning of a hopefully great game. Slightly resembled imo 'Summer's Gone' (and maybe 'The Author'?), but it's still its own thing. I like the slowburn and more realistic approach to relationships and life in general, so the slow-burn, dialogues and so on are more than ok with me here. I hope there's more to MC's depression though than
Ava cheating on him. I just don't feel like it's a good enough explanation, so I assume there's more (smth with Sam I suppose?). Annie is cool, Ava - well, I don't have any strong opinion about her, but since
MC promised he won't speak to her again I'm going to do whatever will be possible to help him stay true to that promise
The renders are cool, characters well fleshed out so that makes me want to continue playing.
There was a mistake when the game asks if the player is 18 yrs old ("Are you you at least...") and the 'opening' animation was a bit too long imo, but it's not a big deal.
